Refund Policy

Welcome to Generation Family Network L.L.C. (GFN). We are a legally registered professional consulting firm in the United States. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund policy regarding our international case management and coordination services.

1.Professional Consulting Service Fees

Once the client confirms the consultation and GFN commences service (including but not limited to case evaluation, resource matching, and initial planning), the professional consulting service fee is strictly non-refundable.

2.Coordination and Logistic Expenses

This category includes medical appointment coordination, overseas travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotel accommodations), and visa processing services.

Once a flight or hotel is booked, refunds are subject to the policies of the respective airline or hotel. GFN service fees for these arrangements are non-refundable.

Visa application fees and processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective authorities.

3.Post-Service Follow-up and Processing

Fees associated with post-cycle coordination, document processing, and final case closure are non-refundable once the service phase has been executed.

4.Service Agreement

All clients are required to sign a formal bilingual (English and Chinese) Service Agreement before the commencement of any service. In the event of any discrepancy regarding refund terms, the specific terms outlined in the signed Service Agreement shall prevail.
